All items are sent FREE standard Royal Mail second class unless Next Day delivery is specified (as charge of £7 applies - UK orders only). You will receive an email at the address you have specified when your order has been dispatched - this email contains the tracking number (where applicable) so you can track it online right to your door.
The delivery time scale is usually 3-7 working days for standard delivery. Items are usually shipped out within 24 hours of receipt of order (excluding weekends). If placed before 4 pm, subject to passing necessary checks, your order will be shipped the same day.
In the event of a delay, we will contact you either by email or telephone to inform you of this.
The delivery estimate does not necessarily apply for international deliveries. International shipping is £3 to EU countries and the delivery timescale is a non-guaranteed 3 - 20 working days. Orders outside of the EU to the rest of the world are charged £5 for shipping.
All orders qualify for FREE Royal Mail second class standard delivery.
Optionally, you can choose to have your ordered delivered before 1pm the following working day for an additional charge of £7.
If you are not in to receive the delivery at the time the delivery is attempted, the delivery company will leave you a card to notify you of the missed delivery attempt. This will allow you to either telephone them to arrange a redelivery at a more convenient time or collect it from your local sorting office. Due to security reasons, all items sent by our 'Express' delivery method require a signature.
If for any reason the item is returned to us (e.g. incorrect address specified, item not called for), then we will inform you immediately by email as soon as we receive the item. From this point forth, you will be given a choice whether you wish us to redespatch the item or for you to cancel the order. Please note that for items that were undelivered through fault of the consumer and a refund is requested, we reserve the right to deduct our outwardly shipping fees from the refund total.
Late deliveries or despatch
Although we are able to ship almost every order in the specified delivery timescale, in rare circumstances our shipping capacity can be exceeded and cause a delay of one extra day. We regret that this situation can occur occasionally, and is an unfortunate situation which is naturally associated with buying online, however this only occurs in rare situations and, should this occur, your order is marked for urgent delivery the following day.
The other circumstance which may cause a delay is when the delivery service itself has a problem. This, again, is a rare situation but is unfortunately beyond our control. In these situations, we will do our very best to take responsibility for the situation and ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible.
Consequential loss for late deliveries
If a delivery is late, e.g. the postal service fails to deliver within the guaranteed timescale, then we will provide a refund of any delivery charges that were charged to you. If the delivery was free, we do not provide financial compensation to cover consequential losses, e.g. Time taken off work to receive deliveries, or the item is intended as a gift, and you purchase the same item from a more expensive retailer.
Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day you receive the item.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (eg. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use a model cancellation form that we are able to email you on request but this is not obligatory. If you wish to use the form please either call us on 0845 680 3871 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a copy, putting Model Cancellation Form in the subject line.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:
(a) 14 after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence you have returned the goods, or
(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as the result of the reimbursement.
You shall send back the goods to Anielas, Unit 25, Chorley Business & Technology Centre, Euxton Lane, Chorley, PR7 6TE, United Kingdom, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
